Brilliant and efficient service. The lads were helpful. But treated all the furniture with respect. They worked in an efficient manner and communicated effectively. I would recommend this company to all who need a removal firm.
Not only are they great at their jobs, all of the guys are respectful, personable, and courteous. For our move we had three guys that showed up exactly when they said they would, loaded the truck up quicker than we ever expected, and efficiently unloaded at our new house. I am grateful that we found such a fantastic moving company that treated all of our possessions as their own (not one thing broke in the move!), and provide exceptional customer service. I recommend them to everyone I know that's moving! Thank you guys for all you did to make our move as easy as possible!
Individuals who packed boxed were not good. Broke multiple things. Filed a claim with Aetna as they stated. Never paid claim. Have tried to leave messages multiple times and nothing. No returned call. Escalating to bbb.

He did everything exactly as he said he would and more, was punctual, honest, friendly, amazingly hard working, professional, kind, helpful, I could go on. I tried to contact the company that contracted these guys REPEATEDLY to try to rectify this situation, and my salesman ignored all of my calls. Then when he finally answered, he said his managers had tried to contact me. I assured him that they hadn't, and let him know that if they tried again and I didn't answer to have them email me with contact info so I could get back to them. Never received any phone calls. Never got my money back. Still unable to get ahold of anyone there.
Absolutely terrible. I received an estimate and was told I had extra room. I then called to say that I wanted to use that extra room, and they said that was fine. The next week, the movers show up and charged me an extra $300 for the extra stuff, including tape and wrapping supplies, even though I had my own and asked them to use that. Not only that, but when I got my bike, the rim was bent and the alignment was off.
