Walked in half an hour to closing time on a weekday and there was no one in line. The young man at the counter was extremely helpful and looked up the policies surrounding our request for reissue of SSN. What could have been a bureaucratic ordeal was over in ten minutes, and we got all we needed and more. Wonderful :)

Ms. McGee is AMAZING. I had extreme anxiety walking in and her compassionate demeanor made my experience in the SSA office warm and welcoming. I hope to see her get a promotion to a leadership position to train other workers on what compassion can do for a disabled veteran. Thank you, Ms. McGee!!
