I'm sure when your parents or great great grand parents came to this country they didn't speak a word of English and I'm sure you had people CATER to them Kathleen
While waiting in line outside, a employee came out in announced that if anyone is waiting in line for a license plate sticker for their car that it cannot be purchase at this location. They would have to go to the location on kedzie and 47th Street.When I arrived there I was told that they don't sell license plate stickers here. I eventually went to the Lasalle Street location and purchased my sticker for my car, which is over PRICED.
The wait was long, because there were two clerks but one of them took forever for three people the entire time I was there. I want to give thumbs up to James the other clerk whom took care of me and my husband and most of the people infront of me
ohh i love this place... i came to get my window sticker for the first time and the process took less than 10 minutes
I never had a problem with this location or the one downtown. Always in and out very quickly. There was an incident where a Spanish speaking client was in there and service took awhile but if that clientele would learn our English language it would be best. I don't understand why we must cater.
