Snooty people who treat you like your an idiot. Place has really gone done hill over the last few years.
They have been pretty good about communication but this last time I ordered some beer from them that tasted oddly bad and it was older than you'd expect from a beer that flies off the shelf. I contacted their shipping and their general store emails wondering if anyone else was complaining about the certain beer tasting terrible compared to normal. I know they cant get stuff any quicker from their distributors but their lack of response to my emails is what caused me to give them the lower rating. It's worth giving them a call and asking about how old some items are before ordering. Other websites I use have dates in the description so I know. Now I know for next time.
