I went in there one time to buy a black and mild, when I went to pay for it with my debit card the Hispanic guy gave me a rude attitude saying Really? Pay cash, I just left
1000 liquors and 2000 staff members unwilling to work. I wish I could post zero stars for this "4am" liquor store. I arrived at this store with two friends at 3:54am after having traveled a 12 mile distance to get there and was very disappointed. Not only were the lights on, staff inside, and other customers outside with us- the excellent staff members had the nerve to continue to make what appeared to be "show me money" finger signals at us. There were two men inside who were completely unwilling to let any of us in, but were able to tell us that they were closed even though we arrived before closing time. I don't know what was worse, wasting our time driving there after a road trip- rushing to get there before 4am, or the fact that the staff was there, lights on, and communicating with us and other customers in a If this is what they call good business/customer service skills (even though they're taxed 20% higher after 1am) I'm floored. If you're going to label yourself 4am and keep the staff until 4am then please be willing to stay open until 4am, or maybe just shut down in general. DO NOT GO TO THIS LIQUOR STORE! There are many 4am liquor stores in Chicago that will actually serve you.
Went here one last night around 12. Asked for my ID (which is fine) they almost broke it in half trying to see if it was fake or not. Horrible people work here and they have horrible prices. Go to Walgreens or 7/11

Piss poor service and communication skills. I called to see if they had a bottle in stock and the worker mumbled words and ended the call. I'm not surprised that this happened after reading all their reviews. Piss poor attitude.
