Bad customer service. They don't care about individual customers. They prefer to deal with tradespeople. Home Depot has better customer service. Hard to believe!
Great experience every time - an old school hardware store where you walk in and are greeted immediately by helpful staff. So much easier than a big box store and spending hours looking for small stuff. These guys know their products and are ready to advise. No more looking for a staff member in some silly vest who can't help you anyway. Stickers and lollipops for the kids and everyone is happy.

Rude, not helpful people work here. Brought in my vacuum to match a plug. " Nope, we dont have it." After looking for myself for 3 minutes I found the plug. Asked them if I could use a screw driver to put it on. "Nope, we don't have one." There was one sitting behind the counter. Gross!
Do you want one screw? Need a specific type of nail? They seem to have this magic back room that has damn near anything you need. Love having it in the neighborhood. Way better than Home Depot with an incredibly friendly and knowledgeable staff.
