Great service. Knowledgeable and friendly. A good traditional hardware store that somehow has at least one of everything you could possibly need.
Not the friendliest employees. Asked where an item was located and was told ....down 3 aisles,turn right it's hanging on the wall. I eventually found it but it would have been nice if someone SHOWED me where it was. There were enough employees standing around doing nothing. The store was very dark and uninviting.
The staff here is very helpful and works to understand your issue before recommending any items. Love the hometown hardware store feel as well.
This was our closest ace hardware for two years but we would skip it and travel farther. Staff seemed bothered and annoyed with it's customers.
I've walked into this location 3 times now and never once have I felt welcome. They always seemed to be inconvenienced by my presence. I tried to give them a chance, thought it might have been a bad day. But they got 3 chances. The Uptown location has much better service and is better organized.
