I have had nothing but bad experiences with this True Value. The staff is rude, not helpful in the least, and when you have to stand at the counter for several minutes before they even acknowledge you. They speak very broken English and seem to not want customers. Do yourself a favor, go to a different store.
I have to admit that my experience has been very different from the other reviews. I went there to make a double sided key for my club. This is something the Home Depot couldn't do. The staff was helpful I had three people waiting on me. Also the prices seem extremely reasonable. I would rather go there than Home Depot on Diversey/Halstead. They also recycle mercury bulbs so take them there.
