Unsatisfied Customer
Feb. 16 rolls around, no returned calls, text, or emails (not even in the junk mail.) ALSO, NO DELIVERY. I call again. Straight to voicemail, saying they're closed until Feb. 20th, due to a family emergency. (Hope everything goes well with your family)
I have gotten many very pretty arrangements from them, they are a great locally owned florist who I trust to take care of my flower needs. Very professional and very nice people to work with. I highly recommend them to everyone.
Ps. I continued to say 'rolls around' as the next day comes, to emphasize time and frustration I have spent I this, while being mad at, telling me I put in no effort.
Mind you, I didn't tell her about the flower and chocolate delivery, as they were supposed to be a surprise.
I'd appreciate the professional courtesy, as a business who has already taken my money, but offered no goods or services in return, if you would kindly respond to me, via phone call, text, email, this review, so we can sort this out. Because, there's no way I can reorder flowers and chocolate from somewhere else, given that it's two days after Valentine's Day.
They were very helpful. I loved the arrangement.
1.Were not the bouquet she selected. She paid for a beautiful Teleflora arrangemet of roses, lillys and Chrysanthemums and I received cheap daisys....with a half dozen half dead roses. 24 hours later the roses were completely dead and the daisys wilted away. i called immediately 12 hours after they arrived to tell them the flowers were dying . They said they would be out in 2 hours with a fresh arrangement. I also said it was not what my cousin in Spain ordered. (And she paid quite a lot to have a European order placed). They lied and told me the flowers were ordered in Spain so the flowers are different?!?! WHAT? No. She ordered them online in Chicago thru their site. The worst part....I was told after a half dozen phone calls in which they NEVER answered. Only until I left a message about ordering flowers did they get tricked into returning the call.... at that time I explained the 12 hour old nearly 100 dollar floral arrangment was half dead that they said they would be out in two hours to replace them. That was over four hours ago. ....they refuse once again to answer the phone.... this is a low life scam operation.....
Meanwhile I'm sitting here making no effort for Valentine's Day, two days after the fact, looking foolish, writing a review for Yera's Lake View Florist; wishing I had ordered from somewhere else.
Flowers ordered from a cousin in Spain....hoping she choose the right local florist, turned out to be flowers delivered to me that

The next day rolls around. I call another 3 times and, again, left a detailed message and the option to text back, as they provided a number for emergencies (I think that's what they said; although I didn't think I had an emergency.... yet.) No returned calls, emails, or texts... ALSO, NO DELIVERY.. the day after Valentine's.
I am also aware that you do have excellent customer service, as I picked this florist on their good reviews.
I ordered $134 worth of flowers, chocolates, a card, and extra for Valentine's day delivery, 33 minutes after midnight, the night before. I thought, since I ordered a tad bit late, they may not have time or an open delivery spot on the day of, so I called 4 times to ask if I could pick them up. They didn't answer. Ok, they're busy, leave a message. They didn't return the call. I called again, and emailed. No response. No delivery the day of, even though I specifically paid extra for Valentine's Day delivery.
Good and kind people.
(Here's where the emergency kind of starts.. I have a person I was sending flowers to tell me that I didn't put in any effort on Valentine's Day, amongst other things...)
