Love buying things from a company that has a cause. They create gorgeous bouquets of flowers throughout the year but sadly they don't last more then 3 days, 4 if you're lucky. Family member used them for their wedding earlier this year and when they were delivered, they didn't have any water in the vases nor did the delivery person add water or tell them to add water upon arrival. They started to brown during photos that afternoon.
Simple, they took my order and then never delivered the flowers. It was a Chicago address within 10 miles of their location too. Then, when I tried to call customer service, no one answered for the first 3 hours (and literally 14 phone calls), and when they finally accepted my call they said its on route. Another 2 hours later (after 9:30 PM), and they still have not arrived. It's valentine's day so I understand that there was an increase in volume, but if you did not have the resources to process my order in a timely fashion (their guarantee is to get it there by 5pm) then please do not take my order. Terrible service, obviously I will never purchase again. I never even write these reviews, but I had to make an exception.
Flowers for Dreams is hands down the absolute best, stop scrolling through reviews and get with them today. My opinion on flowers was simple; not spending a fortune because they get thrown away at the end of the night, but still want something elegant. Well, This covered all the bases and then some. My flowers were STUNNING, absolutely perfect, great rates, but most importantly is that rather than disposing of the flowers at the end of the night like most places, they take the pieces to local Chicago hospitals, funeral homes, etc. That speaks volumes about the values that they have in place and makes it worth every penny. Also worth mentioning is that a portion of the proceeds go to local Chicago charities.

Not only did she make the process easy, but she made it enjoyable and fun- who doesn’t want to feel that when they’re planning their wedding?! I recommend them to friends, family, future brides, anyone and everyone that has a flower demand because they’re so fantastic. I can’t praise them enough. Thank you FFD for making my day so perfect!
