This place recently did the flower arrangements for my wedding and they did a FANTASTIC job!! Ask for Veronica. She's awesome. She helped me design the bouquets and then they put them together and cut them down to size to fit my vases. Everything was ready for pick up the day before my wedding. We got tons of compliments on the flowers the day of our wedding. Highly recommended!!
I sent flowers to my sister after she was admitted to the hospital. I was so disappointed in the arrangement, which was $50 for the flowers and $70 (including delivery and tax). The quality was poor and the design of the arrangement was not very pretty, in fact, it was very sad. Here are the pictures.
Wonderful staff keep Cornell Florist stocked with only the prettiest and best flowers, textiles, ceramics, and jewelry.
Terrible customer service. I don't know if she was just having a bad day but Lindsay seemed super bothered that we wanted a custom flower bouquet. Every question you ask is answered with a blunt, short response. We will never go back there again and I would recommend going to Whole Foods or Treasure Island to get flowers.
The store is nice with a cozy feel. The customer service is usually good, until there is a problem or concern. Then the verbiage becomes "I'm sorry you feel that way" instead of seeking remedy and compensation.
