Don't go there if you want good service. They do not answer the phone or let you upgrade beyond a basic wash. There's not much of a difference between them and an automatic wash.
They have an inexpensive, quick wash. My dash and doors were still a bit dusty inside though and there were spots missed on the exterior.
My husband Ubers on the side, so really I should have gotten the shampoo for extra $, but for $14, the car looks really good! I usually do a couple touch ups once the car has been washed, but I didn't really need to this time. Good place for a cheap interior/exterior wash.
I'd give them 10 stars if I could. I dropped my very very very dirty car off and three hours later the interior was like new. I got the full shampoo and interior detail and it was money well spent
