Took over 40 minutes to get the car washed even though only 4 cars in line. Told me bug spots on windshield couldn't be removed. Lots of water spots. Would not return, but am stuck with punch card.
Now they dont even put any elbow grease on the car to remove surface dirt. This place is only good if you just need to wet your car enough to remove salt, or you just flat have no time or any other option.
But this place is a joke today. The folks that gave this place 4-5 stars either have relatively clean cars to begin with, or there standards are low.
I bring my work vehicles here only.
Save your time & money, unless you just gotta get a wash.
They also have options for more extensive cleanings if you need it. but I got bi monthly and my car always looks great because of it.
Standards are not as high for them as my BMW.
I loved this car wash. been coming for a long time. even since ive moved to Indianapolis, i still, when im in time, i come by. but today, the service was horrible. the guy was on his phone while drying the car for one; didnt wipe off the spray on the arm rest or cup holder. had to redry the car. just bad
A great carwash! For about $20, they do a great job wiping down the inside and outside of your car. They do vacuum for that price too. I recommend going early, because they are so good they usually get long lines of people waiting.
A cheap wash is better than no wash. Right..???
Ziggy Please come back. When Ziggy was here i gave them a 3.5, very average car wash.
My car's hood was covered in a downright disgusting oil/dirt mix after I parked underneath a drainpipe in a parking structure. The guys here offered to help me deal with it, being upfront about what they wanted to try and what they thought would work; and ended up clay barring the hood and other spots on my bumper and made it look perfect again. Many thanks for the hard work and solid service!
