This is my new go-to carwash. They do a great job and are very friendly. The waiting area is very clean and comfortable and I love that you can choose your air freshener!
Very fast and professional. Went above and beyond for me, as I had a very dirty car, both inside and out. Reasonable prices and friendly staff as well. I felt like as soon as I sat down my car had already been vacuumed and cleaned perfectly!
I was pleasantly and totally surprised at the wonderful job this car wash and employees, did. Why doesn't EVERYBODY downtown Chicago know about them? I'm going back again today. Thank you for such a great job.

Although this Carwash in particular from what I hear is one of the best in Chicago, the way the staff is treated is unbelievable. I know a few guys that work/worked here and one thing they all say is the pay is ridiculous. 6/hr??? Really?? No overtime either yet they're expected to work 6 sometimes 7 days a week putting in at least 60hrs a week. That's 20 hrs of no overtime. Not only is that illegal, its just wrong. So next time anybody wants to complain about the service or whatever, keep in mind what these guys go thru because apparently the owner can give a rats ass. For this reason is why I will never go here. Somebody should call the Department of Labor and see what can be done about this. If anything can even be done.
