One of the most detailed orrientated car washes in the area for a great price! Beautiful establishment with great services. I strongly believe that if a business pays attention to small details such as the comfort of their waiting area and the look of their restrooms for customers- they will pay attention to the small details on the cleanliness of my vehicle. Glitz car wash is the #1 hand car wash in the area.
I was at this facility yesterday and left my car to get it washed, and when I came back in 1 hour I paid for the car wash $13 and gave the guy $7 for a tip. When I looked over my car to see that everything was done properly, the rims looked still dirty. Then the manager that was parking my car came outside and started to clean my vehicle again and that's how I noticed the rim was damaged. As you can see on the picture this is what my rim looked like and you can see scrap from rim on tire. Worse thing from all of this, is I asked what he want to do with the situation, and he just look in to the sky and start talking some bs that he only drove around. I highly recommend to everyone to not use this company or leave your car there, but I will make sure they will get my receipt for the damages they caused.
Unbelievable and unbeatable! I had the misfortune of running over a can of levandar acrylic spray paint which literally exploded all over my brand new car! I quickly realized i had just lost $ 1000's in value of my car. I happened to be closest to Glitz and the level of customer service i received was above and beyond anything i was expecting. They treated my car like they were sergeons trying to life a human life immediately sending 3 guys to pull my vehicle on the side and getting to work. 6 hours later the car looked showroom new. Thanks for saving my car and you have a customer for life.
