My girl was asking the bouncer about cover while we waited in the car. This is what he said.
Overall great club to go to, but don’t get too excited about getting in easily especially if you’re a guy without a resevation or paying a large cover fee.
Him: "it depends on how they look then. Sometimes we charge them sometimes no."
Terrible venue. Dj was atrocious. They add tip to your Bill without asking. 3 dollar tip added for every 10 dollars spent. Ridiculous. And they pour less than a shot for mixed drinks (mixed drink was 15 dollars) and they charge 20 dollar cover charge for a venue that is dirty and doesn't even make decent drinks. Will definitely not be going back or recommending. Would give it a zero if I could.

Inside of Shay: it’s an awesome vibe, lights everywhere you go, very modern style, bartenders are great and they try to make it as enjoyable as possible. The bottle service here is phenomenal as well, bottle girls aren’t rude and rarely have attitudes when compared to other places. Music is always top notch and the crowd is a mix of young and middle aged people(mostly young 20-25)!

Her: "how much is cover?"
Sorry, but that just really made me angry. Please hire better staff, as seen from other reviews here, I'm not the only one unhappy about those working there.

Very well known club to go to in the city. It’s usually always packed, doesn’t matter when or what time, there will be a line so be prepared for that unless you have reservations obviously. The bouncers here can be pretty hard headed, but I get it, there’s about 3 bouncers standing outside the entrance at all times, (bald head, bearded one and the hispanic one) they’re honestly just doing their job.
