One of my good friend took me here to try out the food. It is such an affordable place. I ordered Falafel wrap and Lentil Vegetable soup, all under $9.00. Best thing about this place is that they have quite a few options on the menu for Vegan and Vegetarians.
The service was great and everyone who works there was so polite and friendly. I will definitely be going back there!

Fantastic grilled veggie, added some falafel and was overjoyed. The wrap for the sandwich was itself enough to write home about. Well done! I'll definitely come back when I visit Chicago. They have a nice little grocery too, but I didn't purchase anything from it. Prices all looked reasonable and the baked goods looked stellar.
I picked up the variety box to try a few different kinds.

If you want good baklava... this is not your place
This low rating comes strictly because of the baklava. The rest of this place is pretty cool! Love the spice selection. Baklava on the other hand is horrible.
I've been to a lot of shawarma joints in the city and this place is hands down the best place for chicken shawarma in Chicago. What stands out the most for me is the fact that everything is made from scratch. Their freshly made pitas, their special blend of spices and sauces, fresh and HIGH quality vegetables, and presentation are all what separates this place from others. I believe this is due to the fact that they have a full line of middle eastern grocery that's attached to the restaurant. The staff is super friendly, the bathrooms are clean, and the dining room has a modern touch to the old world middle eastern dining experience. If you enjoy middle eastern street food or just need a quick tasty bite you have to come here.
