Went to New Orleans through Jetway World Travel and it was the best trip! Everything was planned and taken care of upon arrival. It was non-stop fun from day 1. Can't wait to head to Italy this winter with the help from Jetway! Yay!
Our trip was planned in April of this year for November of this year to go to Montego Bay Jamaica. Everything was booked accordingly, double beds in each room, nonstop flight from Chicago to Jamaica. Well we had our flight changed 2-3 times with layovers (which was not agreed by us), single beds at the hotel (which should have been double beds and reserved for our party of 10). I did enjoy myself but I did want to sleep in my own bed. We called the agency and they felt it was ok to change our itinerary several times without our approval or even consulting us to see if it was ok. My next trip, I will not be booking through this agency.
OK overall, just some first world problems- spelled my name wrong on ticket, got us travelling packet after we had already returned from vacation, didn't notify us for travel changes. Timely responses to emails and friendly though. Not worth the hassle of going through a travel agent in future for me, personally.
Great prices and friendly people! They are very flexible and accommodating while booking trips! Nothing but good things to say! Our trip was smooth and enjoyable even with last minute changes(for personal reasons) they took care of everything and made it stress free! Would certainly book through them again!
