I came in to get some moving supplies office was very clean. An employee by the name kayla was very patient and respectful. Great customer service. I will recommend this place to family and friends
I noticed the great reviews are all about employees at the supplies store. While their prices are the same or higher than other storage places, this storage facility is never clean, some people seem to live there and the trolley carts can't be used out of office hours. Also, they close the access to the units about half an hour before the hours.
Storage here is clean and FLAWLESS. Shout out to the property manager Kayla. She was very understanding of my last minute moving situation and even sacrificed her personal time so I could move some things in at the last minute before they closed. The location is clean and organized compared to other storage facilities I had seen. Thank you again Kayla!! You rock!!
