Good security and reasonably priced. Never had a problem.
Stored my things for two months in one of their units and rented a U-Haul van from them. I never had any problems, and the staff provided any help I could ask for.
The owner Jeff is very unorganized. We rented what we assumed would be one of their larger storage units. When we arrived with our stuff, we were told to moved an entire house worth of stuff onto the elevator. The owner refused to give us a space until he "saw how much stuff we had" even though we'd already agreed on the space we needed. Annoyed, we complied. Long story short, the unit we were suppose to rent was already rented. He would have known that if he had done his job correctly. So we move out stuff back onto the elevator. Which had exposed wiring by the way. We get to another floor. We're we have to split out stuff up its 2 separate units. We literally moved a house full of stuff about 5 times because of his incompetence. And he has the nerve to charge us full price. After all the trouble he put us through. He never apologied. Nothing. He was rude and I would never recommend anyone to use his services.
Dirty and not well kept. Closes at 5 pm on most days.
I like this facility. It has ease of access and friendly staff. Carl the lift operator is great.
