Now only did we go to a Bears vs Vikings game, we also did a private tour the next day. What an awesome field, and stadium. There are no bad seats in the house! The tour is worth every penny for any real Bears fan. Tom was our knowledgeable guide and we got to go places in the stadium that you wouldn't normally be able to access. I wish I lived closer to go more often. Bear down!

Great outdoor stadium for Chicago Bears football or seeing a concert. Not a bad seat in the house are as football games go. Best seats for concerts are South end zone. Nearby building serve as cool backdrops when the stage is at the North end zone.

Pitch of the aisles is great...makes for a great view of the game instead of the persons head in front of you.

Very good environment for NFL football. A little odd how the newer portions of the stadium are built within the old parts. I like the old facade and how it keeps its history. It's also a beautiful walk up along the shore as you head north. I'm glad I was able to attend a game there.

The employees here were especially friendly all welcoming the fans to "GameDay". Great selection of food and drinks.

I would like to see the Chicago Bears improve. Maybe they could finally get a good quarterback... Go Bears! That aside, it is not really fitting to comment on the team, as this is a review for the location. The stadium is grand on the inside, looks great! Top-notch! Viewed vertically, it looks like any other football stadium, a green field in an oval enclosure. Unfortunately, from almost any other outside angle, the stadium looks weird and ugly. Whose zany idea was it to haphazardly superimpose a flying saucer on the classic Greco-Roman façade? The presence of Doric columns (I think they're Doric, going by the capitals, though the shafts are fluted on the columns at Soldier Field and Doric column shafts are typically not...) lends this stadium a classical elegance, which is offset by the goofy metallic dish extending upward and outward. Even so, Soldier Field is a wonderful venue for football games. (Now if only it were an indoor stadium, then we could host the Super Bowl! If those New York putzes could get one, why can't we?)
