My roommate came home with tears in her eyes from her experience at this Post Office. Since she's from Austria, I thought there might have been a miscommunication so I went down there to clear things up but no, Annette, just happens to be that unpleasant to speak with. My roommate wanted to drop off a ballot to vote in her local election but Annette kept disregarding the no stamp necessary on the envelope and wouldn't even bother to ask someone else or look up the information about it. After telling us how much postage would be, I turned to my roommate to ask her what she wanted to do and Annette turned to the line and said next person. I told her we were clearly not done yet and she decided to call security on us. Astounded, we just decided to leave but I decided to go back and get the name of her supervisor to file a complaint. The security guard kindly said he would get the information for me but Annette would not give me the name of the supervisor and gave me a phone number that ended up being disconnected.
This place is like walking to a prison cell. The ladies that work here are always having a bad day. I never see any of them smile. Are they under paid and overworked? It seems as though they hate all customers and each other. The tension is awful if you ask them a question they act as if you should know the answer already. I hate going in here the reason I do is because its the nearest walking distance to my home.
The service here couldn't be worse. I don't know how they haven't fired the woman at the front desk yet. I was here recently and there was one woman in line ahead of me. I waited there for a half an hour just to buy some stamps.
The management there is horrific. I lived there for two years. When I moved in, there was a diffferent manager of the building. She was helpful, knowledgeable and courteous. She was promoted and the next manager came in...Kesha!! She was horrible!! Unhelpful, and down right Trifling. She kept things inoperatable and was all out horrible at her job. Many residents left under the new property manager and the tenants had lived there for years.
Came in just before closing today with a package that required special shipping and the two ladies (I unfortunately did not get their names) assisted me with getting the package shipped. They stayed late, packaged it up and got it shipped off for me. Great service. THANK YOU!
I only write reviews on repeat encounters. Management Please help get this in order.
