I just went to get a passport renewal thought and it was easily the most difficult experience. The office opens at 9am but the passport office doesn't open until 10am.

The staff is nice, i had a lovely woman helping me today. However, they're just working with a really confusing system thats a bit outdated.

This is the worst post office in history. they have lost our house key out of the post box 3 times since moving in, and has been a hassle to coordinate giving the carrier our key back. They somehow tried to blame me for not letting them know they didn't have access? we didn't recieve mail for over a month! the second time it happened a package was attempted to deliver and they returned to sender because of "incorrect address" even though the address worked the first 2 times they attempted delivery? each attempted delivery they never left a packing slip to tell me they attempted delivery so how would I know who to contact or if If it was attempted at all? I call them on the phone and they are rude and lack professionalism as they try to blame you for their mistakes. When on the phone they will ask for info, then say "hold on"... you may think they are going to take care of your problem, but after an hour and a half of being on hold no one has said anything to even give me an update or take my information to get back to me. I realized they must just set the phone off the hook so they don't have to hear their phone ring non-stop because I'm sure people call constantly with issues because they are horrible. I'M STILL ON HOLD!

giving it three starts because I've sent mail out there a few times now. if you're shipping flat rate this place is really fast if theres no line.

If you want your mail lost or stolen, go through here. No one picks up the phone so don't bother to call.

Staff was rude, was told to go to this location to pick up my package. They wouldn’t even listen to me without saying “IT’S NOT HERE” and “we can’t help you without a slip” (after the postman neglected to give me one). Awful service.

I do not recommend taking your passport photo there either, they had zero idea how to operate a camera. We had to move the backdrop 3-4 times before they could get good lighting.

The phone number on the website doesn't work and if you call the 800 number to get a better number they don't have one.
