This club is amazing! Great atmosphere, great vibes, impeccably maintained. Modern and sophisticated, yet retro, chic and funky all at the same time. Been visiting Chicago quite often for work, and I have never stumbled on such a fabulous club. This blows every club on Hubbard street out of the water. And across the country as well. Bartenders were courteous, pleasant, classy and beautiful. Did I mention that I went here on a Sunday night? I can't wait to go back to Stereo and dance the night away this Saturday night!
Great club. Quality sound system, visually appealing with a nice light show. As a DJ myself, I've become picky about music and they do a good job mixing up the top 40 with house music. Beats driving downtown and dealing with parking, adsurd drink prices and pretentious security guards. Friendly staff and the owner is visible. II've seen him each time I have gone. No cover Friday and free entry before 10 on Saturday. Then $10 after. One of the few places I go back to.
My gorgeous gal and I love to dance but have been hitting all the same places in downtown Chicago. Honestly never saw this place until we found it on Google randomly. The pictures appeared to have lights and a spacious dance floor so we decided to check it out. They say it was remodeled 5 years ago but it looks like they just opened. We never write reviews unless it's a really bad experience however this place deserved the time taken to write a review. Roomy, great sound system, lights and a very friendly staff. Still not sure how we haven't heard about this place before. It's not downtown but for us we kind of like that. Plus they close at 3am so you still have time to hit the 5am clubs downtown Saturday if you so desire although we'd be surprised if you have any energy left. Prices are reasonable too. We really cannot think of a negative thing to say about this place. Very diverse crowd. Couples, singles, and young to middle aged will feel right at home here. Classy place and we will definitely be going back very soon!
This club had very weak music, they weren't open to the variety of music. When we would request songs, we simply got told that they don't play that (Latin/Hispanic music) it was very repetitive techno songs. It would have been nice to not dance to the same two best songs that sounded pretty much the same.
What an amazing experience. The pictures looked great but does not do it justice- You have to see it to believe it :). I emailed this place about hosting a birthday event and Vince was amazing and made sure we were taken care of and communicated with me at every step of the process. I could not have asked for an easier and simpler process!!! Thanks for an amazing birthday Vince!
