Exactly as pictured- even more spacious. Extremely comfortable rooms and lounge that one wanted to lounge in. Asked for and received early check-in upon arrival and also late check out. Very accomodating in every way. Perfect location. Roof top bar hostess staff seemed less than experienced, but it was a fun spot. Work out room had all the latest equipment and few people.
Amazing hotel. We had a corner suite and these rooms were so comfy. Great location and awesome staff. Would stay here again and recommend to all my friends.
The Conrad is a great hotel right on the magnificent mile. There are tons of dining options within a 10 minute walk and plenty of shopping of course. Location to museums and navy pier is good but not the best. Subway is a few blocks away. Room was clean and had a great view. Drinks at the hotel bar was fun and breakfast is even better.
Me and my family stayed here for a night, the room was modern and clean. We had no problem until we needed room service. The phone in the room didn't work, they claimed to receive text messages also if you needed room service. So i decided To send them a text with a simple request of silverware for my food. Hours later i had already ran upstairs to get my silverware myself and finished eating and still no silverware!!! We also had our toilet flooding in our room several times. Considering the amount of money this room cost, you would think everything would be perfect. WRONG!!!
Have been stayed in many Hilton Brand, this is the worst ever happened to us. The house keeping did not make up our room, first time did not complain, second time complain and the problem was handled 5 hours later then the Conrad send me a glass of milk and 3 cookies without even give me a notice (call) beforehand, to me this is so rude. Although the guys over there dress up nice but we just can’t feel any welcoming . Totally unbelievable. Arrogance and totally misjudged. We stayed for two weeks and this hotel is totally not suitable for this.
