Called ahead of time and asked if they rekeyed locks and was glad to hear they did. Expected it to take 30 minutes or so but was pleasantly surprised when he finished within 5 minutes all the while keeping up friendly banter with his regulars. It barely gave me enough time to take in the inventory: indigenous ceramics, Jesus's birth ornaments, souvenirs among typical household tools and wares.
Robert is awesome. Have gotten my keys done here in the past, and would recommend to anyone who knows very little or nothing about keys or transponders. He can test it out, explain what has to be replaced and/or replace it for you. Saved my ass when I had no idea what was wrong with my key. When compared to a $5 house key it may seem like a lot of money, but compared to what the dealers charge, its a lot more affordable. 5 stars
If it were possible I would give it negative stars. This guy (Robert) I would say he isn't even good. Too expensive and I don't think he is honest on jobs. I have been there many times for the past 2 months and always gives me bad service. When I'm in need of help of a key or remote he is never there. With the excuse of ohh he's working on another job. bet the guy gets there having more customers like me waiting. Would recommend it here look elsewhere for better results thats my experience!!!!
Best place to call when your in need of help from not only well known business for the past 34yrs and still running strong. Very reliable service with well mannered techs. They are a lovely family and will treat you like their own PEPES LOCKSMITH FOR ALL YOUR NEEDS AND SERVICES.
I wouldn't recommend this place. The keys are too expensive,remotes,everything especially the crafts and always have an excuse for when I need something. For a simple question/estimate they take too long. I agree with Mr. Duran. For something simple they make it sound like technical problems. I have been in there and also the times I have had concerns you are not present.(Robert). I have seen more productive work else where. That's my experience
