I called to get a quote to open a deadbolt. They wouldn't give me a quote, but they took my information and called me back. They quoted me $85, I made an appointment, and they showed up on time.
I googled it, found out that I can drill it out myself and replace the lock for $15 on amazon. So I did that. Saved myself at least $170 off what they wanted to charge me. To drill out my lock I used a regular drill. It took me a while, but I could probably do it again in 15 minutes.

Fantastic experience with On The Go Locksmith. I was locked out of my car in the middle of the night, and a little uncomfortable about the area I was in. My technician, Tim, confirmed my address and was supportive and reassuring when I asked to wait in a location I felt safe (the nearby 24 hour Walgreens). He arrived quickly, my car was unlocked without a hitch, and made sure I felt comfortable to drive before leaving. I locked myself out of my house and did a quick search and found this company. It was about 9pm on the 4th of July so I wasn't expecting anyone to get back to me soon and thought for sure I'd be up charged. Neither was the case.
