Absolutely worthless. Won't even authenticate or appraise their own jewelry. I received a ring as a gift and I want to sell it now but because I wasn't the original purchaser they won't authenticate it or even tell me what the materials are or carat weight so I can sell it correctly.
Anyone who knows the name Tiffany knows that they're getting quality and elegance. Last night I was trying to propose to my girlfriend and I need a ring ASAP . I told the man at the counter my budget he had a very large selection of rongs for me to choose from. They made buying her ring fast easy quality Elegance. The only thing I need to do now is take my fiance to get her ring sized
Very cool place! It's a 2 story store and had a wider selection than usual. Also very knowledgeable workers.
I called to inquire about a charm, since I am not located in Chicago but will be visiting soon. & the sales associate I spoke to, Emoy, was extremely rude. Not only did she hang up on me, which resulted in me having to call the store back twice, she acted as if I were inconveniencing her by calling. She kept interrupting me when I tried to explain what I was looking for. And when she finally decided to listen, she immediately said they did not have the charm without even bothering to look for it. I’ve never received rude service ever at Tiffany’s until today. Very disappointed in the Michigan Ave store!
