Good products and prices. Service is fine. But slow. My complaint is with the 10 questions the staff have to ask about credit cards. Also there is no staff walking around upstairs so people are just trying stuff on and leaving. I cant say that I blame them. What Sears saves in employee cost they loose twice in merchandise.
Champ (the manager) rocks! He was prompt, professional, and looked out for us. He and his team were prompt in updating us on our vehicle and gave us a better rate on our battery by checking the online price. I'd go back to him in a second if future car issues come up!
The company Sears I would give a zero but the associates Greg (manager) and Maria are always very helpful and friendly. I was upset from the Sears in Niles Golf Mill over a terrible job they did with a tire of mine. I put a review on Google and Sears did not contact me because they didn't care. I noticed the auto centers are understaffed and the wait time is long.
Went there because my tire had a nail, luis the technician noticed my battery was bad because they performed a courtesy "performance snapshot." i was very please with elvis and jose because even though they were busy they still managed to stay late and install my battery and i forgot to mention i didnt have an appointment.
Great Sears store! Nicely laid out, friendly employees and great selection. I think if all Sears were this nice they would be fine.
