Service was slow, unorganized, and chaotic. Our adult drinks and water glasses stayed empty longer than holding liquid. Bowling was fun with our group...made the best of it. The decor is hip and they had a DJ playing music.
Don't make the mistake of buying the insanely overpriced drinks at the bar. We went on a Thursday and the audio from the baseball game that was on so was so damn loud we had to yell over it to talk to each other. We also had two veterans that didn't learn about their discount until after we got in but the cashier refused a refund.
The food and staff were outstanding, if your looking for a place to have fun this is the spot! The staff was very attentive to my family and I️!
So today I had a bad experience at this place. We came in around 7:30 the lady told us that it was going to be a 1 hour wait to bowl so me and my family where like ok it’s fine. We order some food which at the end they mess up everything. We try to order some burgers and they end up telling us that they had no burgers at all for the night. We finish eating and we where just waiting for us to play some bowling. So we waited and waited 1 hour pass and nothing 30 minuets pass and nothing 2 hours pass and nothing I had to go to the front desk two time because nobody would do nothing. We where so bored already that we where already playing tic-tac-toe in our phones. I asked to speak to a manager and all she would say was sorry sorry which didn’t made things better. She told me if I wanted to play some more games in the mean time when she could of had told me that a long time ago. I said ok and she decided to give me a game I’ve never play before or seen before. It was finally time to play, by the time we started playing bowling it was 10:30pm already and there was so many drunk people already that it was pretty crazy in there. I don’t think I would come back to this place ever again, and I also think that the managers need more training because they don’t know how to handle a situation like this one.
Stopped in to grab a pizza to go and have a beer while I waited. Bartender was spot on! Friendly, informative and overall a great guy. I look forward to coming back with the lady and spending some more time at the bar. Seems like a solid place for beers, cocktails and some good bar food and bowling.
Food is over priced, although did come out in a timely manner. Calamari and deviled eggs for appetizers were really good. However it quickly went downhill from there. The person who brought out our main dishes lifted both top buns on the two hamburgers ordered at our table with bare hands, as they weren’t sure which hamburger was which. If this is happening in the front of the house, I don’t want to know what’s going on in the back of the house.
