Nice place to take the kids. Admission and skate rental were a great value. Staff was not helpful or friendly. Food was over priced and not well prepared.
It was mostly a nice experience, but the workers were quite rude to me and my friends. Otherwise, we had a lot of fun.
to be honest 1 star is far too generous! my nephew had a party here and it was my first and last time patronizing this establishment. my mother in law waited 30 mins for some over cooked wings. we also waited an hour for a pizza only for them to tell us they had made the wrong one and that they only had cheese left. then she told us they'd ran out of crust" no clue what that means... we asked for a picture of water and was told we had to purchase an additional picture or we couldn't tap water. the staff if young so they could stand a little professional development but when i spoke with a manager i saw that she was more unprofessional than the staff. i had high hopes for this place being that its in the inner city but my experience was terrible they need to pull it together!
I was very excited to plan a birthday party for my daughter. I went inside the establishment and asked if I could speak to SOMEONE about booking a party. After a few seconds or so a young lady named Alexandria greeted me with a smile and sat with me to explain everything. She was very professional, courteous, and on point with any questions or concerns that I had. I would definitely refer this business to anyone who is planning a party or just wanna go out and have some fun. The staff is friendly food is good the environment was safe and everyone enjoyed themselves. I give this rating 5 stars!!!!!!
Very horrible experience. Will not ever go there again! Wasted money for an unnecessary party, for only 4 kids, people sitting and using my table that didn't come with me. Received tokens, but all of the arcade games were broken. There were no tickets in 4 of them. It was a horrible experience. One of the employees was nasty and rude to me for no reason at all. It was overly packed. It seems like there are tables on top of tables, and it's barely any room for people to walk past these so-called "sections". I was being bumped into while sitting trying to eat. I wanted pepperoni pizza, they brung me cheese instead. Our waiter was so busy, she barely could care for my needs. In addition for paying over $100 for 4 kids, I had to pay $10 for those skate assist things, all for other kids to take them and use them, when we went to the bathroom. It was horrible. Never again...
