The institution is a nice learning tool, but some of the staff forget that they work for the students, the students do not work for you. With that being said, "drop the attitudes. You are blessed to still have a job."
Horrible worst school ever. They're no help seriously. Don't waste your time. I had the worst experience ever, so bad I've to take off another semester of school to enroll into another one because they don't do there job.
This is THEE MOST INCOMPETENT University I have ever been too!!! Majority of the staff always have attitudes and are very rude. You can never get the answer your looking for. The University as a whole is VERY UNORGANIZED! Certain departments are never open due to staff shortage (This should never affect students!)DO NOT SPEND YOUR FINANCIAL AID OR MONEY HERE!! They are supposed to be closing in May! This would have been my first semester here. Every time I come on campus there is always a negative presence there. This is not the kind of University I can focus on getting a education in! Not to mention the University itself is VERY ran down! It looks like a DUMP!! For all the money they are charging for tuition. You would think they would make the place look more presentable. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME, MONEY OR ENERGY!
The staff could use some customer service training but the professors are nice and help where they can.
Not enough class times and schedules available. Everything cost money, Administration are not very easy to work with.
