The training from Stephanie is really effective. She uses an experiential approach which is both directive and allows for in the moment action learning for my 2 yr old English Bulldog. He is no easy student. He's moody, cute, easily distracted and stubbornly food motivated. The techniques, explanations and homework is starting to really seep into Marshalls behaviors - and mine! Lol! I appreciate that Stephanie gives me homework and takes homework herself to answer my questions about Marshall's behaviors. Really good training is not always easy to locate and always an investment. I feel good about my choice to have Marshall trained by Stephanie.

UPDATE: Stephanie has moved on but the service level here Still Remains High. The staff and management team is very friendly and accommodating. The manager is really aware of what's going on in his store and truly cares for his customers. I bring my dog Marshall here quite a bit for the dog wash stations and specialized treats. They always make us feel like special customers however I know they treat everyone like this. This is a good place for pet owners and their pets.
Good price. Give the special food my dog needs. Plus they were really helpful
