Nice hotel. Will stay again. A little open for people other than couples. There's no walk between the bathroom and the bed, just a curtain. The room is comfortable but it's in the heart of State St so you will hear noise below so wear earplugs if you're sensitive to noise. Rain shower, FYI, naturals be aware. Bar was slow, I left without a drink. Didn't have a chance to use the spa but next time.
Always come here for a few nights out on the weekend. Love the corner rooms specifically with the floor to ceiling windows. Bed is amazing to sleep in and the rain shower in the morning is an awesome start to the day. Staff is very friendly and helpful. I've never had any cause to complain while staying here.
Love this place! My husband and I try to stay here whenever we are in Chicago. Everyone is so friendly, especially the awesome doormen! The rooms are trendy and cool with huge windows! Always clean and well-kept.
Great room with a view of downtown. The staff is all very friendly and helpful. Drinks at the rooftop bar was fun and very classy. Breakfast at the Portsmith restaurant in the hotel lobby was delicious; great service.
Had an amazing weekend here. Between the restaurant, rooftop bar, hotel bar, and spa you could spend an amazing weekend without even leaving the hotel. It's located convenient to so much that the City has to offer. The rooms are amazing, especially the beds and bathrooms. You feel like you are staying in a spa all weekend. Make sure to get the bright eye treatment in the spa, you will not be disappointed!
