Harbor Point Estates is a nice, friendly, working-class neighborly community in Chicago Illinois. Being a City employee, who likes to travel frequently in his off time, I was looking for a nice, safe, and most importantly affordable Home within the City of Chicago, which is a requirement of my employment. Well the City of Chicago doesn't have too many affordable neighborhoods, since it's either extremely expensive to live in certain nice neighborhoods, or extremely unsafe to live in the affordable or reasonably priced neighborhoods. My big dilemma was since I like to travel often, on my off time, I needed an affordable home, however since I had to live in the City and because I'm away more than I am at home, a Safe neighborhood where I wouldn't constantly have to worry about my home while traveling, was also very important to me. Well no such place I knew of existed in the city of Chicago, until I came across Harbor Point Estates. At which time I discovered that Harbor point Estates, despite being away from the City a bit, was still considered a city of Chicago address, and a part of the City of Chicago. I also learned it was the only Mobile Home community in the City of Chicago and had just been purchased by a large Real estate Investor who planned on greatly expanding the amount of homes within the Community from approximately 200 to around 600, which meant a Mobile home park with Mostly modern new Mobile homes. I did a lot more research and found out that they also had a Manager, and Management Office on the location, that is there 9-5 everyday, and that the Mobile home community has next to no crime. I then visited the area and spoke with several of the residents, living in the area, many of whom I learned were retired and active City employees and/or Law enforcement, who stressed how much they enjoyed living at Harbor point estates community. Well I have since moved here and it's better than I even expected. The park has relatively no crime, however the Park provides a Mobile Patrol security unit overnight and on weekends, on top of having an on site Manager and management office there during the day. To say I have Peace of mind about the safety and security of my home when at work or traveling is an understatement. I highly recommend the Harbor point community to anyone who wants to live in a safe and still nice neighborhood.

A wonderful, Safe Community in the City of Chicago, Illinois. Harbor Point Estates Is the only Mobile home Park within the City of Chicago, and is a perfect community for Chicago City workers or anyone who wants to live in an affordable, extremely safe and secure community. Several of the Mobile Homeowners are active and retired law enforcement, mostly Cook County Sheriff's and CPD Police Officers. The Community also has several tenants who are City of Chicago employees, and appreciate Harbor Point Estates for its City of Chicago address, since all City of Chicago employees must live within the City, and it's Suburban atmosphere and sense of Security. If your looking for a Modern New Home, that is affordable, and in a safe community Harbor Point Estates Is the Place to look!
