My agents are horrible!. A bunch of lazy ass. The house could be under water and you call them they'll show up one week later the throw you a life vest.. the ceiling in the bathroom was to be repaired because a asteroid fell thru it. Its been three months already and nothing. out of the three girls up in front to collect your rent one is real friendly knows her job the other two are deadbeats.
Renting from SOT2 Beaulieu or whatever the name of their company is has been a very unpleasant experience. They don't fix issues, make it a headache to get anything done and don't provide any emergency contact information of any kind. Just the company contact info where you can reach someone during business hours. Don't rent from here!
This company in on par with the lowliness of M. Fishman Co. Maybe even worse. Are there no decent management companies anymore? Anyways, everyone who works here is extremely rude. They don't fix building issues, don't give emergency contacts, or get back to you in a timely fashion. I.e., when my bathroom ceiling fell in, there was no one to reach out to and my landlord was mysteriously out of the office, as he always seems to be. You can be as nice as humanly possible and you'll still be treated as if you're an unimportant nuisance they don't have the time of day for. And I've only rented here for 4 months. Find somewhere else, you'll be better off!
