Arrested me falsy at a gas station wasn't even driving

The disrespect was disgusting. If I had been rude I understand. If I had been disrespectful. I suppose I could have deserved that. But even when I tried to acknowledge that perhaps I was in the wrong the man answering the phone at 3:58 was quite rude.

Detective Lazaro, I expected more compassion from an LGBT member, but I guess every group has their exception....

I call and asked him what the purpose of the piece of area was called if it was not for parking because I was instructed otherwise. He yelled that I cannot park on the sidewalk (which isn't what I was doing) and hung up on me.

I respected police because the town I grew up in had honest officers and people got tickets for genuine offenses. The CPD tickets people for the hell of it (I thought they didn't have quotas anymore?) and are rude. Disappointing.

Noteworthy: officer Nick Argyropoulos and his partner Walley. Officer Donnaly, in the back!

However, a very unprofessional, vindictive detective, Tanya Lazaro, was down right mean and Bulldoggy!!! She insisted on submitting the charge in as a felony property damage charge,(I closed a guy's mirror on his car, and he claimed a damage of $500.85), and the detective ran with it!! Did not want me paying the shop , only a cashiers check to the "victim", HUH! The term "abuse of power", came to mind!!

Anything for there qouta I guess they guys are assholes and races

Sadly, there's a reason they call this area the retirement District. Every time I've needed assistance and called this department, I've either gotten no response or contempt from the person that has. Once my place was broken into, and the detective that came to speak with my sobbing wife basically blamed the break-in on her. On another occasion, I had a neighbor that had previously threatened violence with me (which is why I was reluctant to personally confront them) blasting music until 4 in the morning... Unfortunately, at the time I had to get up for work around 4 a.m., and even though I called them at about 2 a.m., nobody ever showed up. If you're getting stabbed in front of the police department, maybe someone will come to help, but otherwise you're better off fending for yourself. I wish this wasn't the case, because growing up in this neighborhood I have many hard-working, respectable officers I am friends with that work in other areas of the city. Oh yeah, then there was the time I had two vertebrae broken in a hit-and-run bye a drunk driver. While the officers that responded were super, super nice, they couldn't find the guy, even though my friend did about 20 minutes later. But then they "lost" the police report before it went to court. What? Huh?

Ok, get booked for a charge, the officers were extremely nice and respectful...

The sargent is a piece of you know what, karma is a mother just remember that, you could have all the power you want now but in the end my friend you will be judged and casted away to eternal hell, you better hope and pray your good outweighs your bad and start doing your god given duty which was to Serve and Protect by Jesus Christ rules not your own, lead by example not stupidity

I called to understand a ticket I had received. I didn't mention I had gotten a ticket. I just asked to learn about what certain things were called because most people in my area (including a police vehicle) park with their wheel on a piece of pavement. It isn't the sidewalk, but it isn't part of the road either. Ive always been taught to park your wheel on it so your mirrors don't get smashed. I figured since the cops were doing it it seemed ok. One day I get a ticket for it.

Fortunately, the states attorney's office returned a charge of misdemeanor, and I walked!
