Bottom line don't trust them with your food
The cashier was rude but I always order delivery. They have good food. They have a wonderful system that saves your information which makes ordering easy
Tierra, and another female, both claiming to be manager can't even manage their phone behavior bcz they are full of attitude and disrespect.. You can hear miserability in their voice. People like that shouldn't have access to your food and you definitely shouldn't eat there.
This place had me wait two hours just to tell me I have to wait another 45 minutes because the driver had the wrong number. Very bad customer service.
I as well have been ordering from here for a long time and the reviews are correct maybe the new management needs new management because the people who answer the phone are rude there's people in the background talking about personal affairs which makes it hard for the order taker to hear the customer and the lady who answered the phone was conversation with me and her co-worker at the same time!! Very rude and my delivery was suppose to be an hour not 2 hours and 10 minutes.
So, I ordered delivery to my home, and even the delivery guy must be around them to long bcz he had a bad attitude also. This guy called me when he got outside and said he was here, then hung up! I called him right back to tell him I was buzzing the door, to let him in, and he told me he wasn't coming to the door. I guess I was to assume curbside? when I just paid delivery to my home.
The last order I got from them was horrible. I wish that I could say that I have had better from them but that wouldn't be true. Sometimes, when I get hungry at night and don't feel like cooking, I'll order from them because they stay open until 11 ish. They stop accepting orders around 11pm. Anyway, I had a problem with my order and I called back to speak to the manager. The manager is horrid! She had a horrible attitude. The pizza had little to no taste. The main thing you taste while eating their pizza is the tomato sauce. They totally cheat people on the meet and cheese which is weird. The food took over an hour to arrive and it is usually cold. Safe to say, I won't be ordering from them again.
