Me and my boyfriend just moved near this place. I wanted to try it out. I stopped in and was immediately approached by a very hostile African American female employee (I'm only using ethnicity because I don't know who else works there. This is the best way for me to describe this person as she didn't have a name tag) who proceeded to talk to me as if I had the comprehension skills of a 3 year old. I'ma 25 year old woman. She has a very nasty approach. This woman talked down to me in ways that my own mother would never speak to me. She caused a very loud and embarrassing scene. I will never step foot in this place again. I'd advise anyone reading this to just go somewhere else as well.
I was at the store when the incident with the African American attendant took place the person in question was not a customer, they were trying to defy store policies which is written in bold letters over the change machine. The attendant is professional BUT firm, considering the volume of people that she has to deal with that comes in and out the store. I LOVE THE FREE DRY!!!!
Thia laundromat stays clean and the night attendant is always able to help with machine issues. She's very patient with me and my small children. I encourage many of my friends and neighbors to this location because of the environment. I just hope one day wifi will continue!!!

Monday 930 this black woman yelled at me as soon as I walked in saying I missed the last wash and told her I saw the open sign on and she started yelling again about the paper in the door... will never come back
I dropped my cloths off for the "Drop Off"wash on Tuesday and was told my cloths would be ready the next day at 730pm. Come to find out when i walked in the drop off is closed on Wednesday. The customer service is full so you can't leave a voice mail. No one has contacted me to say anything. Not to mention it's now Thursday and the drop off is still closed. When can i get my cloths back? This is the worst. Did I mention I already paid with a tip. I'm livid but to make matters worse I have nothing to wear because it's sitting in the office I can't get to. This is causing so many problems for me. I hope i can get my cloths back. 100%the worst.
