I was really impressed how he paid attention to every little thing and advised me to fix it now instead of later when it would cost a lot more. He did not tried to take advantage of the situation but instead did the work as though it was his own house!
Last year I had my basement renovated. The owner of Nichic Corp. Mr. Javier Lopez came and gave me the stimate and also told me that since the house was an old house he expected there would be more items that would need to be fixed once he started digging. We ended up replacing the electrical system the pluming for the furnace the sewer line which was cracked as well as the dry wall which was no good anymore. Mr. Javier was very thorough with the job and as small things came up he advised me to fix them now that everything was opened, later they would cost a lot more. He fixed two cracks on the walls which became visable once the walls were bare. He also replaced a portion of the water pipe that ran from the shut off valve to the one under the ground. This was already old Rusty and leaking a bit.
I will recommend him to my friends not only for the price but also because he does the work as though it was his own house!
The price he quoted me was the price he charged and only charged me for the things that weren't visable initially. I waited untill after the winter to see if there were any problems with the work but up untill now everything is fine!
