We had our electric completely out due to damage to the supply line on the outside of our building. They came right out. Since I was sort of desperate, I thought the estimator was going to stick it to me, so I was ready to pay a premium, but I was pleasantly surprised to see the fees were quoted from a laminated schedule - and they were reasonable. The work was completed professionally and promptly, including great coordination with Com-Ed. Also great email notifications.
Prompt, professional, reasonable.
Rip offs.
The Good: Mr. Mighty came out to our house to fix some lights, they did a great job, were on time, knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient.
The Bad: WAY TOO EXPENSIVE. They could have disclosed rates before they came out, etc. You can probably save yourself a few hundred bucks going with someone else.
