I felt the love from the staff from the second I walked in the office. Dorothy at the front desk is fantastic and I absolutely love Karisa, who is always in a positive mood and keeps everything on track so you don't spend all day waiting in a chair! I've been going here for almost two years now and I've never had to wait, they get you right in....take good care of you, and then get you on your way.
This place is amazing. I just went for the first time and was blown away. Ten minutes after walking in, my x-rays were done and the Dr was walking in to give me a consultation. He takes his time and explains everything very well and is super polite and courteous. One of my favorite things about the experience is, after laying out some options for identified problems, he send in someone to do an insurance consultation with you. That what you know what each one is going to cost you out-of-pocket, and the best way to use your insurance dollars. The office, all of the equipment, and ALL of the staff are completely first class.
Dr. Diehl and his staff provide a world-class experience from start to finish. I've been a patient for over a year and have always felt cared for and fully informed. The Doctor does a fantastic job of explaining procedures and makes you feel at ease throughout the entire process. The staff, Dorothy and Karisa, are amazing. They're super friendly, helpful, and efficient. I completely trust and highly recommend Dr. Diehl and his staff at Pure Design Dentistry who give the highest quality care.
I was unhappy with my Dentist in Chicago so I did some research and decided to give Pure Design a try since they had such positive reviews online....boy am I glad I made the change. I love how organized and efficient they are there, I filled out all my paperwork at home before I came in so I didn't have to spend too much time away from work. They also communicate the way you prefer, for me it's by email and text....love it.
Dr Diehl is great, he has all brand new equipment and I've never had a dentist spend so much time with me consulting on my teeth. You can tell he cares about his patients and he makes sure you understand everything he is doing during your procedure. If you need additional work he is very detailed with explaining what is a necessity and what can wait a bit, which is helpful if you are trying to stay within your insurance limits. I can't say enough good things about this place, definitely recommend it! you won't be sorry. Thanks Dr Diehl and staff!
Summer, the primary dental hygienist, is incredible. She is very gentle and goes above and beyond to make sure her patients are comfortable. She gives thoughtful recommendations on dental products and services that will be a benefit, rather than just trying to upsell.
Thanks to Pure Design, I actually look forward to going to the dentist. The practice is incredibly clean and modern, which makes for a welcoming space.
My now-favorite dentist (if it's possible to have a favorite dentist). There were no issues or referrals needed to get in as a first time customer...which seems to be rare in Chicago. The office and records are run smoothly, including being able to fill out all paperwork online before the appointment. They'll even contact your insurance before the visit so there aren't any day of surprises. Inside the office is clean, open, and high-tech. It's awesome! But the best part was the friendly staff...everyone from the front desk receptionist to the dentist himself knew my name (and history) as I walked in. It's great to feel welcome somewhere that is generally considered uncomfortable.
