My bad experience was with the domestic relations department. Most of the clerks are black. The black men are very friendly. The black women are extremely rude. You have to approach them in defense mode because of their bad attitudes. The department manager is a black woman and she was very unpleasant to deal with.

They have the worst service and support I have ever seen. They don't even give you the right information that you need and on top of that have the worst attitudes. I have been there about 6 times and all those times I have had a negative approach. They literally need to get new staff in there because everyone that works there are terrible at their job.
My past experiences have been alright. Today I came with my mom to renew my passport and the security along with everybody else were nice. Except the people by the passports on FLOOR 12. If people don't like being asked for help then they shouldn't work in these places. This lady gave my mom attitude. Let me correct myself, the lady at the desk NEXT TO THE PASSPORTS.
