I always feel sharks by this place. The sad part is, I bought my car here. I should not feel taken advantage of at the place I purchased my car.
DO NOT GO HERE!!!! Classic bait and switch. We came in here to purchase a 2017 highlander and was given a spreadsheet of total fees which included purchase price, taxes and dealer fees, to which we agreed. Since the car we wanted was not in stock, Adam stated there may be a destination fee of 980 but after speaking with his manager they would agree to waive it. We then spent another hour completing credit applications and other documents. They then charged our credit card 2500 toward payment of the vehicle. After waiting another 15 minutes, another man, supposedly the manager, came out and presented us with a different spreadsheet at a price $1000 more than the previous spreadsheet. When we asked them why it was higher, he stated that the previous spreadsheet didn't have the destination fee. When we told him that Adam waived it, after talking to the manager, he acted like Adam never said that to us. He refused to honor the price given to us by his salesman. We just got up and left because we cannot buy a 40,000 car from a dishonest, extremely shady business. What a waste of two hours.
Bitter sweet experience, during the purchase of the cars our family own, Raul our salesman was wonderful. He definitely when above and beyond our expectations. Everything was great until my father's car (which was bought brand new in 2015) started to have rust on the front hood. We took it to the dealer for repair since when we purchased the car we put the anti-corrosion spray they recommend, bought extended guarantee and the car it is not 3 yr old. Anyway, took it the first time and the service manager was super rude. Told us that he will not make them responsible for it and he needed to contact Toyota for it (although I told him we had the guarantee) a month pass and after a couple of calls without answers Ii decided to go back to the dealer. The managers answer was that he haven't heard back from Toyota but he was calling them again. 3 weeks passed and I go back after not hearing from him. He then tells me that Toyota is not answering him and they won't be able to fix it. Then I asked to speak to his manager (which he all snarky told me that he was the manager ) I was ablr to speak to Jeff, who by the way doesn't have the posture of a GM but after discussing to the point that I had to start raising my voice they take car and give me a loaner car. So far 2 weeks passed and I haven't heard from them. Left them messages with no answers. I wish I could return cars and not have to deal with them anymore. I heard from the third party company that they are not responsible because the Toyota service manager sent them a report and told them that it was a stone chip the reason why the paint was lifting which it is not true because the paint it's bubbling on more than one spot. I guess at this point i just need to sit and wait what they are planning to do..... they only I know its that on a less than 3 yr old car this should not be happening.
Every time I get my oil changed it's the same story. It takes over 2 hours for them to work on it and I get a call saying I need another 200-300 dollars of work on it.

I recently traded in a 2014 Toyota Corolla for a 2016 Toyota Corolla. I worked with Adam who got me a great deal on the trade-in for almost the same value as what I bought the 2014 originally for a car 2 years newer and with fewer miles. Adam was efficient with the process and even came in on his day off to work through the paperwork and have it lined up before I arrived to sign the papers. This is the 2nd time I've bought from this dealership and it's been a good experience.

Very positive experience. Staff were very helpful. Normally buying a car you expect a bit of sleaze and an attempt to squeeze every dollar out of you, but they were actually helpful. Even negotiating price was pleasant, and we got our bottom number where we wanted with little hassle. Every member of the staff that worked with us was pleasant, and they made sure when we finally did commit to buy that we got exactly what we wanted. Car itself was better than I was planning to buy for (slightly) less than I was planning to pay. After reading a few of the 1 star reviews here, I question if those people aren't just angry because their credit was bad and they didn't get a car or something. Nothing unpleasant about the experience, and that's NOT something you expect to say about a car dealership.
Save yourself the trouble there are so many reliable places in Chicago and this just ain't one of them.
Was quoted $350 for a check engine light. Gave me the run around about what kind of labor they had to do. I looked it up and saw that on average it was a $200 repair. Then I just did it myself, which was VERY easy.
