Spectacular service and delicious food! Cash only though, so bring cash! It's a cozy, small shop and it's reasonably priced.

Have not found anything quite like the pancakes I got back in Amsterdam until now. While they serve delicious American pancakes, their specialty is undoubtedly the pannenkoeken. My wife and I split both a sweet and savory selection. It was everything we'd heard and more. The coffee was also quite delicious, which is always a plus. Note that it is cash only, which we weren't aware of but there are a couple of ATMs nearby so no big. The restaurant itself is quite small so anticipate a wait at any time on the weekend, probably better during the week. All in all, one of the best and most atmospheric breakfasts I've had in Chicago.
Everything is delicious at this unique specialty brunch restaurant. The service is excellent and whether you are getting the special Dutch pannenkoeken or other dishes, everything is well done!
You can't go wrong with anything on the menu here. The Dutch-style pancakes are amazing, whether you go with sweet or savory. The toppings make excellent combinations, like Nutella and banana, apple cinnamon, etc. The French toast is also very delicious. It uses thick-cut challah for the most part, with fruit and sweet toppings. A full order is big (3 or 4 full sides of bread, I can't remember). There are only a few small tables inside and the wait can be an hour or longer at popular times on the weekends, but you can put your phone number in and they'll call when your table is ready. There's plenty to see in Lincoln Square, so you can pass the time. They are also cash only.
