Maybe I caught her on a bad day, but worst haircut ever. I want to cry! Barely consulted with me, the whole cut took five minutes, which I suspect was because her appointment showed up partway through (which she didn't warn me of, I would have gone somewhere else if I knew she was going to rush.) Didn't wet my hair to cut, just yanked a fine tooth comb through my dry curly hair. Chopped my side bang straight that was clearly layered and cut on an angle. Choppy uneven looking layers. Probably my fault for not being vocal enough but I'm used to stylists who try to communicate with me and take their time. You get what you pay for. My fault for being naive. I guess this place is better for simple men's cuts or kids.

Exactly what I needed. Quick, simple haircut. No fussing with my ears or eyebrows (I prefer doing that) as a way to inflate the price. Very polite, made sure of what I wanted first. $5. I tipped well.

Tracy is such a sweetheart and does amazing work! Tracy is always so chatty, and helpful with suggestions and such. Affordable haircut and calm environment, plus they just remodeled. I've been getting my haircuts here for years and would recommend it to anyone.
