I've been going to this branch for 3 years now. I moved further away recently, but I'm still heading there to make random deposits and to see friendly faces. Everyone that works there is very nice and they even let me wheel my bike in the lobby instead of having to lock it up! :-D
Local staff are excellent. This bank chain does not really care for its depositors. Only for their own corporate interests
Money that's why
The people who work at this location are very unprofessional. The manager Scott never returns calls, the customer service manager Nicole has an attitude, and the tellers do not know what is going on. There is no communication in this office. I would definately recommend going to another branch.
