Ordered tickets online instead of waiting in ticket line. Very quick and easy! Line moved pretty quickly. Three go arounds provide ample time to view the sites and take pictures!
Loads of fun but don't arrive with food to queue. Not so understanding staff. Would have been 5 stars if the staff had a better attitude to the guests.
My family and I had a nice experience on the Wheel. The view was excellent and my two young girls really enjoyed it. I dont know that I would pay to do it again - perhaps at night. Note that you can purchase tickets online, rather than standing in line - unfortunately I wasnt able to get any cell reception while in line so I had to wait.
This wheel is 25 feet taller than the one in Seattle and 200 feet shorter than the Orlando Eye, both of which we've ridden in the last couple years. The view from this one is great, especially if you didn't grow up looking at the Chicago skyline, which I did. You only get two revolutions plus one for loading. The Orlando eye not only dwarfs Centennial Wheel in physical size, but the gondolas of the Eye as well as loading procedure (wheel never stops) are much better. Having the Eye to compare to, I may can't rate the Centennial Wheel more than three stars.
Nice ride ... just way too quick. For the money I would have liked 1 more revolution
